Our software includes any updates or upgrades we provide for your use in connection with the Site. You may use the software solely for purposes of enabling you to use and enjoy our services as permitted by the Terms and Conditions and any related applicable terms as available on the Site. You may not incorporate any portion of the Software into your own programs or compile any portion of it in combination with your own programs, transfer it for use with another service, or sell, rent, lease, lend, loan, distribute or sub-license the Software or otherwise assign any rights to the Software in whole or in part. You may not use the Software for any illegal purpose. We may cease providing you service and we may terminate your right to use the Software at any time. Your rights to use the Software will automatically terminate without notice from us if you fail to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions listed here or across the Site. All software used in any of our services is our property and/or our affiliates or its software suppliers and protected by the laws of Bangladesh including but not limited to any other applicable copyright laws.

 When you use the Site, you may also use the services of one or more third parties, such as a wireless carrier or a mobile platform provider. Your use of these third-party services may be subject to separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties.

 You may not, and you will not encourage, assist or authorize any other person to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, or otherwise tamper with our software whether in whole or in part, or create any derivative works from or of the Software.

 In order to keep the Software up-to-date, we may offer automatic or manual updates at any time and without notice to you.

CONDITIONS RELATED TO SALE OF THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE

Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order for any products on the Site. These conditions signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. This section deals with conditions relating to the sale of products or services on the Site.

THE CONTRACT

When you place an order on our Site, you are making a legal offer to purchase the displayed product or service on our Site. Any confirmations or status updates you receive before your order is dispatched are only to validate your order details and do not imply order confirmation. The acceptance of your order is considered confirmed when the product is dispatched to you. If your order is dispatched in multiple packages, you may receive separate dispatch confirmations. We provide an estimated timeline for order processing when you place your order, but this timeline is subject to change. We will make every reasonable effort to meet this timeline. 

Refund Voucher

1. Refund voucher can be redeemed on our website for full or part payment within the given timeline.
2. Refund voucher cannot be used from different account.
3. Vouchers are not replaceable if expired.
4. Can be applied only once, and any remaining value will not be refunded or used for future purchases.

Promotional Vouchers

1. Each issued promotional voucher will be valid for use by a customer only once.
2. Both promotional voucher and cart rule discount may not be added at the same time.
3. Promotional voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Promotional voucher may not be valid during sales or special promotions.
5. Voucher will work only if minimum purchase amount and other conditions are met.
6. SmartzeenBD  reserves the right to vary or terminate the operation of any voucher at any time without notice.
7. SmartzeenBD  reserves the right to cancel or vary the operation of any voucher at any time.
8. Non-replaceable if expired.
9. No promotions on baby nutrition products.

Reward Vouchers

1. Customers who have already been listed in SmartzeenBD  for fraudulent activities will not be eligible to avail any voucher and will not be eligible to participate in any campaign.
2. A customer shall not operate more than one account in a single device.

Security and Fraud

1. You warrant that you are the authorized recipient of any voucher used.

- Fraudulent use of vouchers may result in civil or criminal charges.

1. SmartzeenBD  reserves the right to cancel orders or vouchers if illegal use is suspected.

PRICING, AVAILABILITY AND ORDER PROCESSING

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of VAT and are listed on the Site. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your basket and the time you purchase it.

Returns Policy

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return door to door. For electronic appliances & mobile phones related issues after usage, then returns is not applicable.

 Refund Policy

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice and accessories.

Change of Mind is not applicable for return and refund.

OTHERS

1. Stock availability: The orders are subject to stock availability.
2. Delivery Timeline: In side Dhaka Metro: 1 to 5 days. Outside Dhaka: 3 to 7 days. The delivery might take longer than usual timeframe/line to be followed by SmartzeenBD . Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure event which includes, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays, etc.
3. Cancellation: SmartzeenBD  reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch for various reasons, including mispricing, out-of-stock items, or technical errors.
4. Refund Timeline: Canceled orders will be refunded within 7-10 working days, with adjustments for any received cashback. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days. If exceptional circumstances arise, the processing time may be extended, and any cashback amounts received will be adjusted against the refund.
5. You confirm that the products or services ordered are for personal use and not for resale. You authorize us to declare this purpose to any governmental authority if needed. Orders exceeding typical individual consumption quantities may be canceled.
6. You may cancel your order at no cost before dispatch with a valid cause or reason.
7. We sell our products in quantities that align with the typical needs of an average household. This policy applies to both single orders and multiple orders of the same product, where each order is consistent with normal household use. Please review our Refund Policy.
